Southeast Georgia Communities Project

HEALTH EDUCATION

SEGCP provides health information and links clients to local resources for primary healthcare services. Our focus is to have available information on Diabetes, Hypertension, Covid-19, Vaccinations, & access to food assistance. Presently, we are working with SHARE Health to provide information on the importance in preventing Covid-19 and encouraging those who have not been vaccinated to learn the importance of the vaccine.  


El Proyecto TEMA ofrece informacion de salud y liga a los clients a servicios de salud primario atraves de referencias. Nuestro enfoque es tener informacion sobre el Diabetis, Hipertencion, y ofrecer dispensa de alimentos cuando es necesitado. 


Por hoy, nos enfocamos en ofrecer informacion sobre la importancia de vacunarce sobre el Covid -19. 

 


Services Available on a monthly bases:

Curbside distribution Monday to Wednesday 9am to 12 pm / Distribucion de alimentos de Lunes a Miercoles de 9am a 12pm
