Southeast Georgia Communities Project

FOOD AND CLOTHING BANK

The Food Pantry is funded by St. Marys on the Hill from Augusta, Georgia, Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Vidalia, and the Toombs, Montgomery and Wheeler Counties United Way. We provided food baskets to over 200 families monthly. Our curbside distribution has been a new way to continue serving our communities in times of need.

Southeast Georgia Communities Project, Inc. is a volunteer organization and works with over 25 committed volunteers including their Board of Directors.

 Special Notes:

Thanks to DOT Foods for all their support and donations to our efforts. DOT foods provided a food grant of $5,000.00 to help us with our community's needs.

Thanks to Altamaha EMC for their mini grant which has allowed us to supply much needed items to our elderly and disabled, and to support our food pantry.

Thanks to Sacred Heart Catholic Church and Fr. Gordian for the support they give towards emergency assistance and Holiday Food Baskets.
